Career development that’s tailored to you

We don’t just support our people with training and skills development – whether it’s access to e-learning through to support to pursue qualifications – we also encourage them to explore a variety of paths for their career development.

Starting out as a personal care assistant really does open up so many avenues for you to explore within CompleteCare Amegreen – it’s the ideal starting point if you’re a people person who’s keen to learn.

Personal care assistants with some previous experience under their belt can then look at progressing to supervisory and management roles – such as care coordinator and operations manager positions – where there is the opportunity to lead a team and take charge of coordinating care for a number of clients.

Alternatively, our personal care assistants that thrive on the hands-on care they provide our clients have the opportunity to develop clinical skills – and we offer our people the help and support to train as nurses and progress to clinical nurse manager positions.

Our mobile care responder roles, working as part of our mobilisation team, are called upon to help us get care in the home up and running for new clients as quickly and seamlessly as possible – ideal if you’re a natural organiser, motivator and problem solver!

And finally, there is also the opportunity for experienced personal care assistants to move on to support our team out in the field – recruiting and training the care assistants of tomorrow.
