Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare service management, including senior leadership positions with leading health service providers such as Nuffield Health and Ramsay Healthcare, where he has led a number of hospitals both in the UK and abroad.

Lynsay Beckett

Head of Operational Networks

Having worked in care for over 25 years, Lynsay holds a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lynsay says one of the most enjoyable parts of her role is enabling our clients to live fulfilling lives with their family and loved ones in their own home.

Christine Brooks

Chief Nurse

Christine Brooks has worked in Complex Care for over 7 years with previous experience of working in ICU for over 10 years prior to this. Christine says one of her favourite parts about her current role is seeing our clients reach their goals & aspirations, she loves going out and meeting the clients and Christine’s focal point is ensuring we deliver the finest and safest care for our clients. In 2021 Christine was nominated as a regional finalist at the Great British Care Awards for the ‘Frontline Leader’ award.
